Fugitive couple arrested in Arizona

Two high-profile fugitives were arrested near Phoenix following more than 12 years on the run, officials say. Grant and Janet Hallahan were arrested in Tonopah, Ariz., about 50 miles west of Phoenix, Saturday, The Arizona Republic reported.
