Oro Valley officially names town manager

The man who's served as Oro Valley's interim town manager for the past 10 months now officially has the job, at least for the next two years. The Oro Valley town council voted 6-0 April 18 to appoint Greg Caton to the position. Councilman Bill Garner was absent. Caton started in Oro Valley as the assistant town manager in November 2010.
